Compare CdTe With Silicon Only After the Risk Boundary Is Clear

The plan also needs an update trigger. Review it when the project changes owner, the waste rule changes, the receiving facility changes or the service agreement is renewed. A promise made at procurement can become unusable if nobody tracks those events.
